Pay with your PayPal account and PayPal can refund your return shipping costs if you need to send anything back – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year.

Steps to claim free return shipping with PayPal;

1. Activated the PayPal return shipping cost service via this link https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns

2. Place an order within Australia and pay with your PayPal account.

3. Lodge your refund request through paypal within 150 day of purchase.

4. Send the refunded items back to cheapbeads.com.au.

5. Submit a Refund Request at https://www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new or by logging in to your PayPal account.

If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account.
