Direct from Supplier Shipping

Some products on our website are shipped directly from our supplier rather than from our Gold Coast location. These items are clearly marked as “Free Shipping · Direct from Supplier” on the product page.

• Tracking: A tracking link may or may not be provided, depending on the supplier and shipping method used.

• Split shipments: Orders containing both locally stocked items and supplier-shipped items will be sent in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.
